Engineering correction / modification of equipment that is poorly designed or manufactured.
Condition monitoring of equipment e.g. vibration / temperature. This allows cost effective repairs to be actioned only when necessary. Diagnostics - Define exact point of failure on critical equipment.
Vibration analysis. Monitoring condition of bearings, gears, imbalance etc. Data is used to track deteriorating performance & programme repairs.
Thermography survey. Measure relative temperature of equipment (Predominantly in electrical systems / panels) & allow repair before failure.
Non-destructive testing (Predominantly laboratory based). Identify reason for failure & allow redesign.
